Research Associate I/II/III, Immunology & Biomarker
Overview
EnquBio, a dynamic technology-driven discovery and service company, is actively searching for a highly capable and self-motivated Research Associate to join our rapidly growing team in San Diego. As a key member of the Immunology and Biomarker Discovery team, you will play a critical role in advancing our scientific initiatives and contributing to the success of our drug discovery projects.
Responsibilities

Help with ligand-binding assays including ELISA and MSD.

Perform nucleic acid extractions, QC and Real-time PCR.

Handle animal tissues, extract protein, and perform western blotting.

Assist in cell line and primary cell phenotyping using flow cytometry.

Assistance with in vitro immunology experiments, such as isolating PBMCs, activating T cells, differentiating macrophages, and more.

Assist in interpreting data, conveying experimental findings, and producing thorough project reports.

Perform job-specific tasks in strict compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Perform support functions as required.
Qualifications

Bachelor in immunology, biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a closely related field

Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.

Collaborative and proactive attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.

Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team environment.

Ability to multitask across several research areas/projects.

Excellent organization and record-keeping skills.

Proficient in Microsoft tools and data analysis software
