Project Manager
Overview
EnquBio, a dynamic technology-driven discovery and service company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities also include various aspects of company business activities such as supporting business development and marketing initiatives. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving project success and contributing to the overall achievements of the organization.
Responsibilities

Support day-to-day commercial operations, including customer inquiries, study quotations, project kick-offs, progress tracking, and overseeing notebooks.

Collaborate with BD and finance teams to collect and analyze business and market data.

Contribute to business forecasting and identify new business opportunities.

Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Support other related responsibilities in Administrative and Operations.
Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

Background in Biology or a related field is a must.

Familiarity with the CRO, Biotech, or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.

Proven experience in a business management role, preferably in a technology-driven or scientific organization.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, business software, analytics tools, and industry-specific knowledge.
