EnquBio in vivo efficacy services includes a wide array of in vivo models with broad therapeutic coverage.  These include more than fifty validated CDX models and ready to revive more than 200 cancer cell lines in EnquBio tumor repository bank. Specially selected lung cancer models esp. non-small cell lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma (NSCLC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).

30 validated syngeneic models, hPBMC and CD34+ human stem cell humanized models, and genetically engineered mouse model (GEMM) across variety of therapeutic areas.  Many of the studies that Enqubio runs for clients involve customized models or modifications of existing models.
