As a key leader within our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth of the company through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing the overall business development strategy, leading negotiations with potential partners and clients, and fostering strong relationships within the industry. In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success and expansion of EnquBio in the fast-paced and evolving landscape of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall business development strategy to drive company growth.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners and clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.

  • Provide strategic input to support product and service development efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business development and company objectives.

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.

  • Lead the development of proposals, business plans, and other business-related documents.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.

  • Ensure that business development activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

  • Manage and mentor the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners.

  • Experience in managing a business development team.

  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

  • Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
