Business Operations Assistant
Overview
EnquBio, a dynamic technology-driven discovery and service company, is seeking a motivated Business Operations Assistant to join our team. The candidate will assist with the company’s general business activities, from initial customer engagement and R&D study proposal generation to project management and delivery. Additionally, the candidate will support business development, marketing initiatives, and general administration as needed. This position will work closely with the senior management team, R&D department leaders, and the accounting team to provide necessary support.
Responsibilities

Support day-to-day commercial operations, including customer inquiries, study proposals, project progress, and notebook management.

Coordinate customer visits, business meetings, and handle CDA/NDA/MSA matters.

Assist in generating, reviewing, and sending study proposals to clients, and manage project kick-offs.

Coordinate study proposals, project execution, project delivery, and invoicing-related issues.

Exhibit professional behavior both internally and externally, reflecting positively on the company and in line with company policies and practices.

Work with the Department Head and accounting team on invoice submission and revenue tracking.

Collaborate with management and accounting teams to support business data analysis.

Foster positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Assist with central Cell Bank Management

Support other related responsibilities in administrative and operations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field

Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.

Strong team player, capable of building collaborative relationships with management, customers, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, business software, analytics tools, and industry-specific knowledge.
